Sierra Providence Physical Rehabilitation Hospital (SPPRH) and our Lomaland center (outpatient only) are committed to the well being and recovery of patients suffering traumatic injury or illness. Our two physical rehabilitation facilities are available to patients in West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Northern Mexico, we have made the road to recovery more accessible and convenient.
Sierra Providence Physical Rehabilitation Hospital The hospital has been a regional center for physical rehabilitation since 1988. Rehabilitation specialists are dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment in a compassionate and caring atmosphere for individuals who have suffered serious illness or injury. Sierra Providence offers bilingual rehabilitation programs in a bicultural environment.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Our SNF was designed to bridge the gap between the hospital and home by rehabilitating adult and geriatric patients to their optimum level of functioning.
- Patients who aren’t ready to return home and who require acute care treatment are offered nursing and rehabilitation services with 24 hour nursing and medical care.
- We require that patients have a three day acute hospital stay prior to admission (not including day of discharge).
