Sierra Providence Health Network names Teresa C. Urquhart as Senior Vice-President & Chief Operating Officer at Sierra Medical Center. Prior to assuming this position, Urquhart served as Chief Operating Officer at Rio Vista Physical Rehabilitation Hospital for four years. Urquhart has held several senior leadership and operational positions during her 18-year career with Tenet including Skilled Nursing Units Administrator, Regional Rehabilitation Quality Improvement Director, and Quality Management Director.

Urquhart is completing her masters in health administration from Webster University and received her bachelor’s of science degree in medical record administration from Western Carolina University. She is also certified in the Health Risk Management Program from Pepperdine University. Currently, Urquhart is a member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). |
