To receive a free organ donor card, please call our Consumer Information line at (915) 577-6000. Once you've signed it, remember to share your decision with your family. Making your wishes known now will make it easier for your loved ones to carry them out later.

  UNOS is a private, notforprofit, membership corporation which joins the transplant community under a nationwide umbrella. Through the UNOS Organ Center, organ donors are matched to waiting recipients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  
• Southwest Transplant Alliance
  Southwest Transplant Alliance (STA) is Sierra Medical Center's organ donation agency. STA and Sierra work together to help make lifesaving organs available to the patients who need them.
