In keeping with its Mission statement, SPHN is providing a Public Notice to the Community – when an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety in any of its facilities, and those concerns have not been addressed, the individual is encouraged to contact the facility’s management.
If the concerns cannot be resolved through the facility’s management team, the individual may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints.
