Setting the standard in new graduate preparation, the Versant RN Residency has transformed the new graduate orientation into a disciplined, evidence–based nurse residency. Completion of this program can move the participant as much as 17 months ahead in confidence and competency.

The RN Residency provides:

• An extensive 18-week residency; 22-week residency for pediatric/NICU residency
