The SPHN Consumer Information Line is your direct connection to a wealth of information. Call (915) 577-6000 Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm to get helpful information on a variety of network services. Our consumer information representatives can help answer your questions or direct you to someone who can.

The following is a list of information services you can access when you call the Consumer Information Line:

• Community Calendar
  Keep posted on some of the latest health screenings and educational seminars SPHN offers. Our representatives will provide you with the current schedule and sign you up for events that require advance registration.
  
• General Information
  If you would like information about SPHN facilities such as hours of operation and clinical services available, call our Consumer Information representatives. If you need additional information, they'll send you a free brochure or direct your call.
  
• Help Line
  If you need special assistance or services that are not offered through Sierra Providence Health Network, our Consumer Information representatives can provide you with a list of local agencies and support groups that may be able to help you.
  
• Sponsorships/Special Events
  Access dates, times and directions for local events Sierra Providence Health Network sponsors, including music concerts, sporting events, charitable fundraisers and more.
  
• Telephone Registration
  Register by phone for a variety of educational seminars including the Family Health Forum and prenatal classes at Sierra and Providence. You can also register to become a member of 55Plus, a free program for people 55 and older.
