PASE Premier Program

El Paso's health care needs don't stop at the border. That's why Sierra Providence Health Network created the PASE (pronounced PAW-say) Premier Program to assist international patients and their families.

The name of the program is derived from the Spanish word pase , which means "come in." As the name implies, PASE representatives are there to welcome international patients and make their hospital stay as comfortable and problem-free as possible. PASE services may include:

  • interpreter services
  • assistance with preregistration
  • scheduling doctor visits
  • billing information
  • lodging reservations
  • transportation information

You don't have to wait until a medical need arises to become a PASE member. International citizens may apply for membership at any time by contacting our International Marketing department. A marketing representative will gladly take your application by telephone or fax.

Once your application is processed and requirements aremet, you will receive a membership card and a benefits information packet. PASE members also receive a quarterly newsletter that provides information on new network services and technological advances, health and wellness tips and updates on PASE activities.

To apply for PASE membership or to speak to an International Marketing representative, please call (800) 3-SIERRA. If you are calling from Mexico, please call our International Marketing office in Chihuahua, Chih. at (14) 30-00-82.
